Holden is a simply a sweetheart. He grew up in southern Florida, the youngest of his family.. He has two older brothers and an older sister. Growing up, he was very close with his siblings and especially his sister, as they were only a year apart. As any other kid in Florida, Holden got into surfing at a young age and fell in love with it. He didn't go pro or anything, but he loves to surf whenever he has time. In high school, he was the star of the baseball team and played football as well. He also loves to run. You'll catch him running on the beach almost every morning. Holden's father was a pro golfer at one point in his life. He made it on the PGA Tour, but never won anything. An injury to his knee after just one year made him give it up and go back to a normal life. That's when he settled down and married Holden's mom and they started a family. Holden has a special relationship with his father. Out of the four children, he was the only one interested in golf at all. He and his dad would wake up early on a Saturday morning once a month and go play eighteen holes and be back by lunch time. Holden really loved those days and looked forward to them as a kid.
Holden gets along with almost anyone. He loves to have a good time, but he doesn't get too crazy or anything. He's nice to almost everyone until they give him a reason not to be. He's got a level head and he's pretty smart about his choices and decisions. Something he doesn't really tell everyone is that he loves to help people. Whether it's giving out advice to his friends or helping his elderly neighbors carry their groceries inside, he's always there to lend a hand. School was ehh for him. He got by. He wasn't the top of his class, but he did well enough to get into the University of Hawaii, the school he'd always wanted to go to. Every summer growing up, his family would take a month-long vacation to Hawaii and his whole family knew he would end up there one day. He loved the people, the attractions, the beaches, and just everything about it. After he graduated from high school, he took a job as a lifeguard to make a little cash on the side. He loved life in Florida, but he really wanted to get out and explore the world - his first stop was his childhood summer vacation - Hawaii. When he got accepted to the university, he was ecstatic. Not even leaving his family could bring him down.
Holden knows he's good looking, but he doesn't let anything go to his head. He does tend to flaunt his good looks sometimes, but he just does it for fun. That's basically what he's all about - having fun. Meeting new people is something he loves to do. That's one of the reasons he wanted to be a lifeguard. He loves all the tourists who come to the area, even though he was one only a short time ago. He always has a good time talking to people. He can definitely be classified as a people person. He's a very sweet guy. He's always there to help out his friends and family when they need him. Even though he's not the leader of the pack, he's not afraid to speak his mind in front of anyone. Holden tends to show his competitve nature quite a bit. With him, everything is a competition - whether it's an actual sport or who can make it to the front door first. Life is a competition with him. Some people find this quality slightly annoying, but Holden doesn't notice all that much.
[/size]friends Holden is a pretty friendly guy, so he would probably have a lot of these. He'll talk to just about anyone. Loyalty is one of his top qualities. Once you're friends with Holden, you're friends for life. He'll do almost anything for his friends, no matter if they're best buds or just someone he hung out with once or twice. Speaking of this, Holden will need a few (meaning three or four) really good guy friends and then one or two close girls. He's a pretty outgoing guy, so he'll probably have a lot of acquaintances.
enemies Though Holden is a great friend and a popular guy, he would probably have his fair share of enemies as well. He doesn't take lightly to people hurting his friends. If you've messed with him or any of his friends, you can probably go here. Holden isn't really one to judge people too quickly, but he can hold a grudge for a long time. If you did something to him in the past, even if it was ten years ago, you can probably fit in here too. Another way you might become enemies with Holden is if he beat you in some sort of competition. This can go both ways though because if you beat him, he probably wouldn't exactly take a liking to you either. Holden definitely wouldn't try to steal anyone else's girlfriend or anything, so there shouldn't be much drama there. That being said however, he might innocently flirt with someone without knowing whether they're single or not.
lovers Holden is a complete gentleman to the ladies (and only to the ladies, sorry guys). He believes in treating a girl right, the way she should be treated. He wouldn't dare cheat on her or do anything to hurt her intentionally. He is a big flirt, but when he's in a relationship, he cuts the flirting with other girls to a minimum. In case you're wondering, Holden doesn't sleep around. He believes in waiting until you've met "the one" and are married. But that doesn't mean he won't kiss a girl on the first date. When it comes to love, Holden is pretty inexperienced. Sure, he's had his fair share of girlfriends in the past. In high school, he was Mr. Popularity. He had all the hottest girls lining up for him and all the other guys were jealous. But it's been a rude awakening for him in the real world as far as girls go. Since he graduated, he hasn't had as many girlfriends. He's been on a lot of dates, but it hasn't led to anything serious and that's the way he likes it. However, he is single and would be open to a relationship, so if you're interested, let me know. (:
